POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking to hire a Site Engineer who is proficient in managing Fit Out projects and is based in UAE with a valid UAE driving license.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Valid UAE driving license
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in site engineering (Interior Fit Out)
• Proficiency in construction software like AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, material quality, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and legal guidelines.

• Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing as per the requirement.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the specified quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, equipment usage, and material procurement.
• Take authority of all technical detailing of projects
• Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations. Promote and enforce safety on-site.
• Troubleshoot any unforeseen challenges or problems that arise on-site, offering practical and effective solutions.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and risks.
