JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Effective co-ordination and communication with project teams for work execution to achieve the operational excellence and company goals.
• Work closely with project manager to complete the works within schedule, within budget and acceptable quality and safety.
• Work with project manager to prepare project schedule, execution plan, method of construction, installation method etc.
• Work closely with safety personnel, trades foreman and subcontractors to ensure the day-to-day works are complied with government and safety regulations.
• Responsible in overseeing drawing management and ensure the updated drawings are issued.
• Attend client and subcontractor meetings to achieve the objective of the meeting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or Project Management
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in landed housing or bungalow construction
• Candidate shall possess willingness to learn, positive and open-minded mindset
• Candidate shall be outcome oriented and take ownership of the duties assigned
