Description
Nasoft is hiring for an Interior Design & Fit-Out company seeking an experienced Site Engineer Manager to oversee on-site execution, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with all stakeholders to deliver high-end interior projects efficiently. Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works. Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate with design, MEP, consultants, and subcontractors. Act as the main on-site point of contact with clients and consultants. Monitor quality of finishes, mock-ups, and materials. Ensure compliance with approved samples and project standards. Track site progress against schedules and milestones. Prepare regular progress reports. Enforce HSE regulations on-site. Ensure safe working conditions at all times. Supervise subcontractors and site labor. Evaluate subcontractor performance and productivity. Verify quantities and completed works. Maintain accurate site documentation and records. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. 3–5 years of experience in site supervision (interior fit-out projects). Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic project management/site reporting tools. Strong experience in fit-out execution and reading shop drawings & specifications. Ability to coordinate with MEP, design teams, and consultants. Experience in site supervision and subcontractor management. Knowledge of quality control for finishes and mock-ups. Familiarity with material approvals, samples tracking, and work sequencing. Experience in snagging, de-snagging, and handover. Understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) compliance on site. Working Days: 6 days per week Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Weekly Off: Friday Shift Type: Fixed Shift Work Mode: Remote Social Insurance
