Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety regulations while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, fostering strong professional relationships.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and ensure compliance with plans.
• Prepare detailed daily reports, documenting site activities and progress, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders to keep everyone informed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on site engineering experience, demonstrating a solid track record of successful project execution.
• Preferred certifications such as PMP or NEBOSH to enhance project management and safety compliance expertise.
• Experience in large-scale construction projects, showcasing an ability to handle complex tasks and navigate challenges effectively.
