Under the supervision of the project director, the position holder assists the project manager in the management of a construction project by coordinating activities related to the project, including:

• Coordinating on-site work execution in collaboration with the project manager and the superintendent;
• Ensuring the link between the contractor, the client, and subcontractors regarding quality;
• Supporting the project manager in establishing site guidelines;
• Monitoring the schedule and work progress;
• Developing project realization tools, such as a general work program, cycle studies on specific activities, design of structures, or temporary tools;
• Preparing the necessary execution procedures for the project;
• Tracking technical correspondences with professionals and subcontractors;
• Ensuring the implementation of the quality plan as a whole;
• Coordinating and conducting inspections by the contractor, superintendents, subcontractors, independent laboratories, and specialists involved in verifying work compliance;
• Monitoring site supply, inventories, and preparing material orders as needed;
• Ensuring the conformity of materials used;
• Supervising deficiency surveys and following up on corrective actions;
• Proposing solutions to non-conformities raised, in collaboration with superintendents and subcontractors;
• Actively participating in site meetings;
