Site Engineer – Remedial (Perth, WA) Perth | Site-Based Role | Complex Remedial Projects At Freyssinet Australia, we don’t just deliver projects we extend the life of critical infrastructure across the country. Our Perth team is growing, and we’re looking for a Site Engineer who thrives on being close to the action and enjoys solving real engineering challenges on site. This is a role for someone who wants to step into hands-on remedial works, working on technically interesting structures and gaining exposure across a variety of repair and strengthening solutions. The Opportunity Working closely with experienced Project Managers and site teams, you’ll be supporting the delivery of remedial and civil works across WA. This role is predominantly site-based, giving you the opportunity to be involved in the full project lifecycle from planning through to execution. Key Responsibilities Assist with the planning and coordination of remedial works on site Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to ensure accurate delivery Assist daily site activities alongside Supervisors and subcontractors Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements Prepare documentation including ITPs, SWMS, reports, and progress updates Support cost tracking, procurement, and programme management Ensure safety is embedded in everything you do on site About You 1–3 years’ experience in construction or civil engineering roles Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or similar) Exposure to concrete repair, structural strengthening, or remedial works (highly regarded) Strong willingness to be on site and involved in day-to-day operations Practical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Confident communicator who works well with site teams and stakeholders Why Join Freyssinet?
