As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to support the successful delivery of major projects and complex remedial works. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by coordinating site activities, providing technical expertise, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and working closely with project teams to drive successful project outcomes. The Site Engineer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of remedial construction projects by coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and standards. Reporting to the Project Engineer or Project Manager, the role focuses on maintaining site records, supporting program delivery, and verifying quality and safety compliance. Working primarily on live and occupied sites, the Site Engineer serves as a key link between site operations and the broader project team. This role plays an active part in problem-solving, technical coordination, and maintaining clear communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure high-quality, timely project outcomes. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA * Tertiary qualifications in Engineering. * 1+ year Previous experience in the construction industry. * Site engineering and day to day site management experience. * Working knowledge of building codes, remedial construction methods, and industry standards. * Experience in planning and organising work schedules and a demonstrated ability to deliver to timelines. * Demonstrated experience in effective supervision, monitoring of sub-contractors and other trades. * Demonstrated experience in a Contracts Administrator, Project Administrator/Coordinator role * Knowledge of quality control process and documentation on construction sites. * Demonstrated experience in providing technical assistance to supervisory personnel. * Experience managing safety process on site. * Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. * Demonstrated ability to build solid relationships with the team and client. * Proactive team player with the ability to work independently. * Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. * High level of organisation with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Solid computer literacy, including proficiency in Office 365 suite (Project, Outlook, Word, Excel). * Current Drivers licence. * White card.
