This highly motivated team needs to be strengthened by a Site Engineer who will oversee the successful elaboration of our projects worldwide. Your role in more detail: As a Site Engineer, you will: Oversee the construction work, check technical designs and drawings for accuracy, provide technical advice and solve problems onsite Monitor project timesheets and budget daily and take necessary action to ensure that the project meets agreed specifications, budget and schedule Supervise the project team, manage their performance and development, encourage teamwork and establish a team spirit Hold necessary meetings/communication with the customer, make sure that the customer completes agreed activities, manage claims and complaints and identify opportunities for new projects Make sure that health, safety & sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to Prepare and share all necessary project reports and cooperate with the responsible project manager, to ensure successful project completion, as well as team and customer satisfaction Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering field Excellent command in Greek and English language (written and spoken) Experience in a similar position 3+ years Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Willingness to travel up to 70%.
