Description:

SPP Construction are a construction organisation, who were founded in the UK but have been operating in Ireland over the past few years.
We deal with a number of sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, retail etc.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Carry out all duties in a competent and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and customers to understand project requirements, goals, and constraints.
  • Generate innovative design concepts and solutions that address user needs, technical specifications, and market trends.
  • Create sketches, renderings, and 3D models to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Conduct engineering analysis and simulation studies to evaluate the performance, reliability, and manufacturability of design concepts.
  • Use CAD software and simulation tools to optimize designs for strength, weight, cost, and other key factors.
  • Iterate on designs based on analysis results and stakeholder feedback to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct engineering analysis and simulation studies to evaluate the performance, reliability, and manufacturability of design concepts.
  • Use CAD software and simulation tools to optimize designs for strength, weight, cost, and other key factors.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
  • Any other Adhoc duties that may apply.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 3 years’ experience in a site engineering role.
  • A third level qualification in engineering.
  • Good communication skills.
