• Supervise on-site flooring installations, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to drive timely and efficient project delivery.
• Conduct site surveys and progress reporting, identifying issues and implementing solutions promptly.
• Oversee installation crews, ensuring materials and equipment are ready and in good condition.
• Perform quality checks and enforce health & safety regulations throughout installation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a site engineer or similar in the flooring or construction sectors.
• Solid knowledge of flooring materials, installation best practices, and industry standards.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
