Job Description The Role We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our on-site delivery team, supporting the successful execution of all civil works on this major energy infrastructure project. The role will involve hands-on coordination, quality assurance, and technical support to ensure that all construction activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day site operations in line with the construction programme and engineering drawings. Set out works, carry out surveys, and verify construction tolerances. Ensure works are executed in accordance with design, quality, and safety requirements. Liaise with subcontractors, supervisors, and the wider engineering team to resolve site issues. Maintain accurate records including as-built data, inspection reports, and quality documentation. Contribute to planning and progress meetings, reporting on technical and site activities. Uphold high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times. Qualifications Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering Proven experience working on construction sites as a Site Engineer Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and site processes. Competent in setting out using GPS / Total Station equipment. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. CSCS card and valid UK driving licence
