As a Site Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of the NBN NSW N2P project, part of a national fibre upgrade that will enhance digital connectivity for communities across the country. Key responsibilities include: Planning and scheduling construction activities Managing BOQ/BOM and site documentation Coordinating traffic management and council approvals Overseeing defect closure and site restoration Supporting procurement and financial reconciliation Participating in safety inspections and toolbox talks Driving continuous improvement through lessons learnt workshops Are you our next Site Engineer? Civil Engineering Degree or Construction Management (Diploma-qualified candidates with relevant experience also considered) Relevant experience in telecommunications or civil construction (Telco experience; Optus, Telstra, NBN highly regarded) Exposure to field operations and project coordination Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and MS Project Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability About Ventia Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
