Description
Position Summary/Objectives of Incumbent: Data Center Manage Service Operation, and the candidate has Power, Thermal and DCIM knowledge which help back up our CE while they attend outside customers other than managed service. As we are extending service business across other customers, having a senior engineer with experience from our line of business will help expand business while fulfilling new MS contract.   Major activities to be performed: * Perform site patrolling for wellness checks and undertake minor and major issue repairs and report abnormality * Respond to fault or incident calls within 5 - 10 minutes frame (During on-site duty) and carried out and oversee the system recovery * Perform critical equipment monthly preventive maintenance. * Assist and escort IT& Telco vendors to oversee, supervise their equipment installations, structure cabling installation in accordance with data center standard practice & industrial practice and timely updates to customers for status. * Minor troubleshooting and replacing common parts (i.e. relay, contactor, socket, small amp breaker etc, aside OEM parts * Severity 1 &2 & 3 defects shall be restored within SLA and Major repairing shall cover under corrective maintenance with relative service engineer * shall monitor and report the Data Centers for all elements in scope for alarms and incident based on the customer SLA/KPI. Conduct proper handover between shifts to prevent information gaps. * checking and evaluating the site design reports SLD to ensure validity of information and updates after execution; with its evaluation to be aligned with planned activity and new installation at Data Centers * writing and providing the report to client requirement (i.e., incident report, monthly reports, power and cooling analysis report, etc). Ensure accurate daily reporting, submitted without delays.
