Minimum 5 years of telecom tower or construction industry experience, including supervision or SME roles. Strong understanding of construction safety principles, including lifting, temporary works, and structural integrity. Proven experience conducting site audits, training sessions, and risk assessments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
