The Role:
As a third party host your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage and coordinate the activities of specialist subcontractors working on the pharmaceutical site. You will act as the central point of contact, ensuring seamless integration of their work with the site’s operational requirements, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. While your core focus is on subcontractor management, your electrical qualifications will be crucial for understanding the technical aspects of their work and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

About You:
Essential:
Recognised electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds 2365, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation) or equivalent.
Proven experience in a technical role within an engineering environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures.
Proficient in using IT systems and software for communication and record-keeping
Desirable:
Experience in a subcontractor management or coordination role.
Knowledge of permit to work systems and procedures.
Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) or other regulated environments.
Experience working within the facilities management or pharmaceutical industry.
NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
