In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at Delima Oil Products Sdn Bhd Job Description Site Supervisor - Responsibilities Site Management & Supervision - Oversee day-to-day site operations and activities. - Ensure work is carried out as per plans, schedules, and quality standards. - Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors. Health, Safety & Compliance - Enforce safety rules and ensure workers use PPE. - Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and risk assessments. - Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and organizational regulations. Quality Control - Inspect work regularly to ensure compliance with specifications. - Report and rectify defects or deviations from project plans. - Maintain quality records and checklists. Coordination & Communication - Act as a point of contact between workers, contractors, and management. - Report daily progress and issues to project managers/engineers. - Handle on-site conflicts and resolve operational problems. Resource Management - Monitor and manage manpower, materials, and equipment. - Ensure resources are used efficiently to minimize wastage. - Request additional materials or manpower when required. Documentation & Reporting - Maintain site records, daily logs, and attendance registers. - Submit progress reports, incident reports, and handover documentation. - Track and record material usage and deliveries. Workforce Supervision & Training - Guide and supervise workers and subcontractors. - Provide on-the-job training for new or less experienced staff. - Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies on site. Emergency Handling - Act promptly during accidents, incidents, or emergencies. - Coordinate with emergency services if required. - Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures. Requirements Diploma in Engineering. Minimum 5 years working experience Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken). FGV is always on the lookout for talents who are able to contribute positively to the Group.
