As the Site Facilities Manager, you will be the go-to expert ensuring school facilities run smoothly, safely and cost effectively. You will manage subcontractors, oversee maintenance plans and drive compliance – all while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead subcontractor management and ensure quality, safety and value
• Deliver services aligned with KPIs and contractual obligations
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with WHS and legislative standards
• Manage site safety inductions and routine maintenance plans
• Communicate effectively with school staff, clients and contractors
• Be available for on call support as required
