YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential:

• Technical Degree or experience in Manufacturing or Project Management
• Knowledge of CDM (Construction, Design and Management) Regulations
• Experience of managing Contractors, Budgets and Risks
• Experience with stakeholder engagement

Desirable:

• Experience of working in a Site and Facilities Function
• Experience within Submarine maintenance or Manufacturing department
• Use of SAP

• Supporting the coordinated activities in line with the business objectives/strategic direction
• Prioritising and delivering planned facilities and service activities in relation to equipment, supplies, installation, refurbishment, repairs or renovation
• Completing daily inspections and communicating outputs to leaders to ensure smooth running of the business
• Supporting the tracking of costs and expenditures
• Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to meet their requirements, including one to one liaison and setting expectations
• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences
• Obeying all HS&E rules, control measures and security policies and applying the Quality and HS&E Management System documentation e.g. Process Instructions, Workmanship Standards, Risk Assessments
