REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting & related fields.
• Professional Qualification
• CPA (Preferable)
• Experience - 5 years managerial experience
• Manufacturing experience is a must (at least 3 years)
• Experience in Malaysia tax law & tax filings
• Experience in leading annual stocktake and monthly cycle count
• Technical Skills & Abilities
• Financial regulations knowledge
• Tax calculation & filing
• Federal and fiscal procedures
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practice, standards, law and regulation

  Salary Budget :MYR12,000 - MYR15,000

ROLES

• Business Partner to GM / local management team to drive the operating profit & cash flow
• Enforce Control & Compliance with statutory regulation, internal policies & procedures
• Linkage of Global Shared Service team and site local management team

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management account analysis including AR ageing, Inventory ageing, Open PO, GRPO, AP ageing, Fixed Assets control, Cost control
• Annual Customer Credit Review
• Products costing – standard cost review & customer Gross Profit %
• Capex review, control & approval
• Manage Audit report, tax filing & statutory report (e.g. Transfer pricing, local reports filing including statistic information to government agency)
• Risk & Exposure – contract management, local rule
• Banking approval as assigned by the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
• Site Finance Head will work with GSS to solve out major issue on AR/AP & standard reporting and link with Site Management Team.
• Any other duties assigned by the ELT
