With a proven track record of delivering projects that stand the test of time, we continue to grow and now have a rare opportunity for an experienced Site Foreman to join our dedicated Brisbane build team. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering diverse commercial projects ranging from $5m to $50m+. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a high-calibre professional with a strong trade background and a reputation for successfully delivering quality outcomes. Experience in both structures and finishes will be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate trades onsite to ensure seamless project delivery Conduct site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards Work closely with the Site Manager to achieve program, budget, and quality targets Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers Oversee WHS inspections, incident investigations, and promote a safe work environment Ensure environmental controls are implemented, monitored, and reviewed Review subcontractor scopes and ensure works are delivered to specification Manage defect rectification and ensure timely completion Contribute to “lessons learned” sessions to drive continuous improvement About You Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Site Foreman in Class 2–9 construction (BCA) Strong trade background with relevant competencies Open Builders Supervision Licence (QBCC) Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Proven ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with diverse teams Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and quality-driven mindset Strong understanding of time and financial management in construction delivery Tech-savvy with experience using construction software/apps (e.g. Procore) Why Join Us: If you are looking for a role that offers structed support, a dynamic and energetic workplace, a work pipeline that is bespoke, iconic and challenging with exposure to diverse projects, Alder Group is the place for you!
