Esposito Bros. Construction Ltd. has been delivering municipal civil infrastructure projects across the GTA since 1981. We specialize in bridges, roads, sewers, and watermain construction. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking experienced Bridge/Structural Concrete Foremen to join our dynamic team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in bridge/structural concrete construction within civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience as a Foreman or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and supplier shop drawings.
• Knowledge of MTO and municipal specifications considered an asset.
• Class G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid safety certifications (Working at Heights, WHMIS, First Aid) preferred.
