We are looking for a experienced Site Foreman to coordinate all activities on the job site. As the point of contact for crews and customers your calm and experienced background will make you a person who other seek out.
This role requires 5-10 years experience in the field as a Foreman.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven experience as a foreman.
· 5-10 years of steel stud trade, Red Seal (preferred),
· Sound English language communication skills (written & verbal)
· Ability to problem solve, resourceful, organized
· Ability to run multiple crews
· Knowledge of all aspects of trade
· Able to read blueprints, proficient in use of iPad
· Appropriate safety certifications for site
· Sufficient physical condition and stamina for the work

• Read and understand all details on project drawings
• Fully understand the contractual scope of the project
• Strong communication between Project Manager and Site Superintendent and this role
• Represent Raicor at site meetings
• Schedule project manpower needs with the Raicor Site Superintendent
• Responsible for site layout, ordering of materials, receiving materials, quality of work being completed, daily timesheets, management of crews
• Enforce strong safety culture, meeting all site specific safety requirements
• Have a calm and level-headed leadership style
