QUALIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATES

  • Cert IV Construction Management or Diploma (preferable)
  • Cert III Carpentry
  • White card

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Site Foremen are integral in the successful delivery and completion of each project. Leading a team of Carpenters, Apprentices and Sub-contractors, these roles are responsible for the end to end delivery of the project, with a solid understanding of building principles, architectural details, site set out and all associated management requirements for each site. Responsibilities include:

  • Leadership of on-site team
  • Interpreting and executing site plans, construction drawings, and scope of works
  • Good understanding of project timing and the impact of other trades
  • Custom interior/exterior fit outs
  • Bespoke and detailed joinery
  • Organising and managing other trades on-site
  • Support and development of Apprentices
  • Responsible and champion for workplace health and safety
  • General building and carpentry work
  • Strong advocate for professionalism and Company brand
