QUALIFICATIONS

• Journeyman Interior Systems Mechanic (Carpenter) preferred
• 3–5 years’ leadership or supervisory experience in construction
• Knowledge of drywall, framing, and interior systems
• Ability to read blueprints, allocate resources, and anticipate manpower needs
• Effective communicator and proven leader on site
• Strong commitment to safety and documentation

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Foreman to join our Nova Scotia operations. The Foreman will lead field crews, coordinate manpower, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise crews of Interior Systems Mechanics (Carpenters) on site
• Coordinate daily manpower and address production requirements
• Oversee compliance with safety protocols, reporting, and site documentation
• Ensure workmanship meets project and company quality expectations
• Serve as the connection between field teams and project managers
• Provide mentorship and guidance to apprentices and journeymen
• Support scheduling, sequencing of tasks, and on-site coordination with other trades
• Enforce company processes for reporting and accountability
