JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Foreman with a trade background to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with a particular emphasis on Carpentry. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Company Van will be supplied.

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate with Clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and quality are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards are met.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Carpentry is preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects .
• Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management.
• A commitment to safety and quality assurance in all aspects of work.
• Computer skills essential.
