We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Foreman / Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and supervise site operatives and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations (OHSAS).
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and site inspections.
• Plan and schedule daily and weekly activities to meet project goals.
• Maintain site organisation: security, signage, deliveries, and waste management.
• Attend client and architect meetings, acting as a professional point of contact.
• Monitor quality of workmanship, ensuring work meets specifications.
• Handle site administration: diaries, registers, reports, and records.
