JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to oversee and manage the construction of new builds . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a solid understanding of project management principles. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is essential.
• Familiarity with project management software, particularly Primavera P6, is highly desirable.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Previous experience in supervising diverse teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously will be advantageous.

• Coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors and labourers, providing clear instructions and support as needed.

• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly to maintain timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site.
