OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Construction site foreperson. This role is essential in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction leadership processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in Commercial construction with a strong background in supervising teams.
  • Proficiency in using construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, BIM 360.
  • Solid understanding of quality control practices within the construction industry.
  • Strong skills in budgeting, construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
