QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experience & willingness to lead, mentor, & monitor crews with a professional approach & positive mannerisms.
- Previous experience as a Concrete Formwork Carpenter, Finisher, Supervisor or other relevant role
- Ability to interpret & implement blueprints & schematics for construction projects
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Trimble, SiteMax max or others.
- Basic knowledge of construction estimating & budgeting
- Strong physical stamina & the ability to safely lift heavy objects
- Excellent hand-eye coordination & manual dexterity
- Ability to work well in a team environment & follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail & commitment to producing high-quality work that is on time & budget
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures for concrete construction projects

• Manage site operations across your labour, materials, & equipment segments
• Document & report progression, conflicts, challenges, & any other pertinent info to our information management systems
• Monitor, mentor, lead, & manage your crews, ensuring safety, production, & quality are maintained
• Assist where needed in alignment with the “working” dynamic of this role
• Effectively communicate to your superiors site dynamics, changes & progression, and additionally to client management & applicable sub-trades
• Participate in site meetings as required on both the employer & client side
• Continuous problem solving & navigation to allow for steady progression per project timelines, specifications, & deadlines
• Be able to dynamically navigate changing conditions, specifications, & timelines in an organized, effective, & professional manner given the broadly unpredictable nature of construction
