Location: Limerick, Ireland

Are you an experienced Site Foreman seeking your next challenge? Our client, a well-established construction company, is looking for a Site Foreman to manage multiple construction sites in Limerick. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Site Operations: Oversee all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Lead & Supervise Teams: Direct and coordinate site teams, including subcontractors and tradespeople.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor Progress: Track project schedules and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Manage Resources & Materials: Maintain budgets by effectively managing resources and materials.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Client Liaison: Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years as a Site Foreman in the construction industry.
  • Project Experience: Background in residential, commercial, or industrial projects is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to make quick and effective decisions on-site.
  • Health & Safety Knowledge: In-depth understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Valid Safe Pass and other relevant industry certifications.
