Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Site Foreperson to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, budgeting, and quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction crews
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for project implementation
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation
Experience:
- Prior experience in supervising construction projects
- Proficiency in budgeting, construction estimating, and quality control practices
- Familiarity with construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam
- Strong blueprint reading skills to interpret project requirements accurately
