OVERVIEW

Ador Properties specializes in building Multi Family Residential Apartments. We are currently seeking a skilled Foreman to join our construction team. The Foreman will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. In addition, the Foreman will work on-site with their crew. Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction projects from beginning to end
- Read and interpret Engineered Drawings
- Ensure quality control measures are implemented throughout the project
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Oversee and guide construction crew members
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects
- Ability to lead a team across the finish line. Helping all members of the team reach their maximum potential.
- Needs to be responsible and accountable
- Use of power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Knowledge of quality control processes in construction
