ROLE PURPOSE

The Site Health and Safety Compliance Manager ensures Chiltern Distribution Ltd operates safely within regulatory frameworks, customer expectations, and industry standards. This includes maintaining compliance with Quality Management Systems, Health & Safety regulations, and BRCGS Storage & Distribution Standards. The role includes overseeing health and safety on-site, ensuring adherence to BRC guidelines, and leading site audits to enhance safety, compliance, and operational efficiency within a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
