In this role, you will work for three entities in Delfgauw. You navigate effortlessly between different interests and know how to connect—with employees, managers, the Works Council, and external partners. You are someone who builds trust, listens, and provides direction.Your role and impact

As Site HR Leader, you are a committed sparring partner and advisor for both management and employees. You combine operational effectiveness with strategic insight and contribute to a work environment where people can develop and collaborate effectively.You will be involved in, among other things:

• Developing and implementing HR policies that suit both the organization and the employees
• Identifying HR issues and translating them into sustainable solutions
• Advising managers and employees on organizational and personnel issues
• Guiding the entire employee journey: from onboarding to offboarding
• Coordinating and managing the payroll process and associated personnel administration, and acting as a point of contact for employees.
• Collaborate with the Works Council and contribute to constructive employee participation
• Taking an active role in the new pension plan – an important and impactful project
• Providing clear HR reports and insights for stakeholders
• Fleet management (cars and bicycles) as part of the broader range of duties

A day as Site HR Leader at ZF in DelfgauwAs Site HR Leader, no two days are the same. You start your day with a cup of coffee and a meeting with a manager about team development, after which you liaise with the Works Council regarding current issues. In between, you serve as a point of contact for employees, assist with HR matters, and work with the

Occupational Health and Safety Service on a suitable action plan. Around lunchtime, you take a walk through the beautiful surrounding area while discussing a colleague's development. In the afternoon, you delve into the pension project, coordinate the payroll process with Finance, ensure clear HR reporting, and prepare for the weekly meeting with the Management Team. The day flies by, but what remains is the feeling that you have truly made a difference—for both the organization and the people who work there.What you bringYou are a true people person: committed, approachable, and professional. You understand how important trust is and know how to build it at all levels.Furthermore, bring:

• Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, preferably in HRM or similar
• Approximately 5-8 years of relevant HR experience
• Experience collaborating with a works council
• Knowledge of employment law, collective labour agreements, and HR processes
• Interest in or experience with complex projects, such as pension schemes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect
• A proactive, careful, and ethical work attitude
• Good command of Dutch and English, German is a plus
