POSITION SUMMARY
The HSE Field Coordinator works as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide Management and Front-line Supervision client groups with guidance and support for the continual implementation and monitoring of the Strike Health, Safety and Environment Management System and related standards. This position requires a strong collaborative working style within at the respective project sites, with a focus on activities at the work face.
Employees are expected to support and participate in a “culture of safety”, adhere to and be ambassadors of Strike’s Code of Conduct and Values, and to treat others with dignity, respect and fairness.
