As a Site HSE Head in Lendava you will lead, co-ordinate and drive execution of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) strategy and activities and ensure HSE is integrated into the site operations to achieve consistent and sustained performance and continues improvement in HSE in accordance with legislation, internal rules, good practices and business objectives. Your key responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Act as the senior HSE leader on site, accountable for the coordination and execution of the site HSE strategy, objectives, goals, and targets through the Site Leadership Team. Influence and drives clear ownership of HSE across all functions by strong engagement, visible leadership, and the continuous development of a proactive and sustainable HSE culture at all organizational levels. Ensure adequate resources and budget are defined, secured, and effectively deployed to fully implement site HSE requirements and improvement programs. Establish and maintain robust systems to demonstrate, monitor, and verify compliance with all applicable HSE legislation, regulatory obligations, and externally driven requirements. Ensure conformance with the HSE Management System, including corporate policies, GOPs, site SOPs, and supporting programs; actively supports HSE conformance reviews, legal compliance audits, inspections, and interactions with regulatory authorities. Apply innovation and an entrepreneurial mindset (methods, tools, and technologies) to deliver HSE programs in the most effective, efficient, and cost‑optimized manner. Lead the implementation of integrated inspection, audit, and safety walk programs, ensuring clear accountability, high-quality execution, and effective follow‑up actions across the site. Provide strategic leadership by role‑modeling company values and exemplary HSE behaviors, strengthening a culture of safety and operational excellence through deep collaboration, trust, and aligned partnerships with site leadership, employees, contractors, and external stakeholders. What you will bring to the role: University degree in occupational safety, engineering, technical or natural sciences (preferred). Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels. At least 5 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing, operations, or supply‑chain environment, ideally within a highly regulated industry. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate HSE vision into clear priorities, actions, and measurable outcomes. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, coach and develop teams, build trust, and foster a proactive safety culture. Excellent stakeholder management, enabling effective collaboration with site leadership, cross‑functional teams, contractors, and external partners. Vaš cilj bo doseganje dosledne, trajnostne in nenehne izboljšave na področju ZVO, skladno z zakonodajo, internimi pravili, dobrimi praksami in poslovnimi cilji. Vaše ključne odgovornosti: Delovati kot najvišji vodja ZVO na lokaciji v Lendavi, odgovoren za koordinacijo in izvajanje ZVO strategije, ciljev in prioritet v sodelovanju z vodstveno ekipo lokacije. Voditi izvajanje integriranih pregledov, auditov in varnostnih sprehodov, zagotoviti visoko kakovost izvedbe ter učinkovito izvajanje nadaljnjih ukrepov. Delovati kot strateški vodja, ki s svojim zgledom krepi kulturo varnosti, odgovornosti in operativne odličnosti ter gradi močno sodelovanje, zaupanje in partnerstvo med vodstvom, zaposlenimi, izvajalci in zunanjimi deležniki.
