Description

The Human Resources Manager plans, coordinates, and directs the human resources functions at the facility and supports leaders in making people-related decisions in every aspect of the employment life cycle. They oversee the recruiting, selection, and onboarding of new staff; support training, performance management, and corrective action processes for employees; partner with facility leadership on strategic planning; and serve as a link between the facilities’ management and its employees. This position develops effective Employee Relations strategies that foster a safe, positive, productive, and engaging work environment. The Human Resources Manager ensures the people initiatives are aligned with the goals of the business while driving an inclusive and positive work environment. Additional Information: * Schedule: Day Shift Monday - Friday with flexibility to provide support at needed for 24 hour operations * Travel Required: 10% This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.
