JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Hygiene Inspector / Compliance Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring hygiene compliance across various sites, including toilet and general facility cleanliness, in line with NEA and internal standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in site or toilet hygiene inspections
• WSQ/WSQH certification in Environmental Cleaning is a strong advantage
• Must be able to travel between sites independently
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using mobile apps or tablets for recording inspection results
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Perform regular hygiene inspections at designated sites (including toilets and public/common areas)
• Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure that all hygiene practices are aligned with environmental health and safety standards
• Generate and submit detailed inspection and compliance reports
• Communicate with cleaning staff and supervisors to enforce hygiene protocols
• Provide hygiene-related feedback and coaching to site personnel
• Follow up on site hygiene audits and ensure improvements are implemented
