Job Description Reporting to Director Feasibility Department, the Site Identification Specialist will be a strategic function involved in variety of crucial tasks including: Developing and growing the site network in Poland, including creating high-quality site lists for new projects and cultivating research-naive sites. Establishing relationships with new sites and strengthening partnerships with existing sites in PSI's core therapeutic areas. Participating in national conferences to expand PSI's investigator network. Collaborating with project teams to define study objectives, create initial site lists, and evaluate site identification progress. Liaising with project teams to identify and highlight any potential risks or issues. Contributing to the development and implementation of improvement strategies for the site identification process. Supporting study startup activities, including facilitating Confidentiality Agreement execution and Site Identification Questionnaire completion. Filing signed CDAs and completed questionnaires in the project eTMF. Maintaining and refining the internal site database and tracking all site identification efforts through CTMS/Site Identification Module. Qualifications University degree in life sciences, MD, PharmD, or PhD is strongly preferred. Prior involvement in Site Identification/Study Start-Up activities is a plus. Proven CRA experience is a plus. Practical experience in healthcare settings (hospital or outpatient clinic) is a plus. Fluency in English and native proficiency in Polish are mandatory. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
