Our flagship product is the PetroBot ITIS Rover, which is a remotely-operated robotic crawler that carries out on-stream inspection of hydrocarbon storage tanks. We also offer the MagRover, a remotely-operated wall-climbing robot for external inspection of industrial equipment. Job Description Candidate should work mostly on field or site projects for Inspection of heavy industries across the country with robotic inspection equipment Keen to be in field for extensive time when required for running the projects, can be for 1 month straight. Need to be physically fit to climb on tanks, pressure vessels with equipment all day and enjoy hard work Able to Perform Ultrasonic Testing by NDT equipment. Able to identify different types of corrosion/lamination/cracks etc. Able to use Straight Beam Probe to find corrosion defects in plates. Must be interested in a long-term employment as immense opportunities to grow within the company. Be willing and keen to work at any level. Multitasking is a requirement (field and office work at the same time) Be the sole point of contact between the client and senior engineers Day -to-day inspection activities in tank, pressure vessels, boilers, structures, dam, bridge, underwater inspections etc. Hands-on experience in UT and other NDT techniques; and identifying the flaws in terms of codes and standards. Assist the client and contractor in achieving quality in accordance with the code and standards, technical specifications, drawings, and other related documents. Preparing technical reports and work summaries Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Strong knowledge and experience with various metal velocities, NDT inspection methods, and robotics Certification in NDT Level II for Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Visual Testing (VT) Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Additional Information If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity.
