Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Site Inspector (UAE National) to join our site supervision team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities: Perform on-site mechanical inspections of equipment, systems, and components to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with specifications and standards. Identify and document defects, non-conformities, and potential issues during inspections. Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and maintain accurate records of findings. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address and resolve mechanical issues. Verify that corrective actions are implemented effectively and in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in mechanical inspection. Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise as needed Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures during all on-site activities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Strong oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, and industry trade practices. Proficient in computer applications relevant to the role. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments. Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and project planning skills. Experience coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders on-site. Team-oriented, proactive, organized, and solutions-focused. Effective in time and task management.
