Description

Position Summary: This role oversees IT operations for the Singapore office, managing the full scope of technology functions to support team productivity and business objectives. Reporting to the Senior Manager IT, the Site IT Lead serves as the primary point of contact for all IT-related needs, providing hands-on technical expertise, strategic oversight, and technical support.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of industry experience in desktop support.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory management.
  • Expertise in endpoint and mobile device management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IP networking and networking protocols.
  • Experience in VoIP telephony systems.
  • Competence in administering, training, and supporting Microsoft Teams, Live Events, and collaboration room technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Productivity Suite and associated applications (e.g. Office, Teams, Forms, Visio).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and Azure environments.
  • Understanding of SD-WAN technologies.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-user support for standard hardware and software, resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Track, update, and resolve support requests using the ServiceNow ITSM tool, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of enterprise software and hardware solutions to optimise IT operations.
  • Create, edit, and maintain end-user support documentation and orientation materials.
  • Provide advanced technical support for Windows OS, audio-visual (AV) systems, IT hardware, and peripherals.
  • Execute installations, moves, additions, and changes for standard hardware and software.
  • Administer site security systems, including wireless networks and camera system maintenance.
  • Facilitate meeting and event support, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Vendor management.
  • Manage site network infrastructure, printers, and servers, ensuring reliability and performance.
