This role is critical in maintaining and enhancing the site’s technology environment to support business operations efficiently and securely. • Partner on all aspects Axxess’ global IT, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
• Provide tiered support to resolve complex IT issues escalated from the helpdesk.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of IT systems and services to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Partner on cost effective procurement of global IT hardware, software, and services.
• Partner to develop and manage the site’s IT budget, monitoring expenditure and optimizing costs.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve business processes and outcomes.
• Partner to develop and execute site-specific IT strategies and plans aligned with the organization’s overall IT and business objectives.
