Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software and network issues.
  • Provide second-line support for end users in person.
  • Ensures timely resolution of issue and resolve support tickets accordingly to priority and SLA timelines.
  • Maintain and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
  • Collaborate with global and/or regional project team, take the lead role of the projects roll out / implementation on the site.
  • Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to improve IT operations and increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the meeting rooms, including AV equipment, video conferencing systems, and other related technologies.
  • Install, configure, and update hardware and software for office or remote users.
  • Supporting IT hardware and software lifecycle management by monitoring and maintaining IT assetinventory which includes hardware, software licenses, and equipment.
  • Participate in IT onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services and support.
  • Provide training and support to users on IT systems and applications.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems. * Experience with AV equipment and video conferencing systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Mandarin and English. Good customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Preferred/Optional Skills

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
  • ITIL foundation certification.

Working Conditions

  • Onsite role requiring physical presence during business hours.
  • Occasional after-hours or weekend support may be required.
