Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Site Labourer/Driver to join our growing team. This dual role involves supporting site operations with general labouring duties and providing safe, efficient transportation of materials, tools, and team members between sites.
Key Responsibilities
Safely driving company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and staff as required
Carrying out general site labouring duties, including:
Assisting tradespeople
Keeping work areas clean and tidy
Loading and unloading deliveries
Manual handling of materials
Ensuring tools, materials, and vehicles are maintained in good condition
Following all site health & safety regulations and company policies
Supporting the site management team with day-to-day operations
Requirements
Must be 25 years or older (for insurance purposes)
Hold a full, clean UK driving licence
Previous experience in a labouring or construction-related role preferred
Good understanding of health & safety practices on construction sites
Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
