SUMMARY

The Site Lead is responsible for the day day-to day leadership and coordination of operations at our Wincham processing site, which plays critical role in the production of key ingredients in livestock animal feeds.
This hands-on position requires a strong operational mindset, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to ensure compliance with H&S and industry standards.

• Organise and direct daily labour activities to ensure achievement of production schedules.
• Execute and manage production plan.
• Schedule and coordinate inbound raw material deliveries and outbound finished product dispatches.
• Complete and document operational inspections, site audits, and maintenance reports.
• Act as first point of contact for plant repair, preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Support the technical team by collecting and preparing process and product samples.
• Maintain and report accurate records on stock levels, resource usage, and production KPI-s.
• Ensure operations are compliant with H&S protocols, aligning with IOSH “Managing Safely” standards.
• Support ongoing compliance with FEMAS/UFAS accreditation requirements.
