JOB OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a skilled, dependable individual to both lead and work on active job sites. This is a hybrid role for someone comfortable managing crews while actively performing hands-on tasks including framing, drywall, taping, flooring, and related trades.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in framing and drywall installation
• Proven experience running or leading job sites is an asset
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel between sites is required)
• Must have own basic tools (power tools are a plus)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Punctual, reliable, and solution-oriented

• Manage and oversee daily job site activities and productivity
• Perform hands-on work: framing, drywall, taping, flooring, and general carpentry
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Coordinate and supervise other employees/team members
• Ensure all work is done safely
• Track project progress and communicate updates to the project manager and/or project coordinator
• Keep accurate records of materials, labour, and time
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and orderliness at all times
• Solve problems proactively and ensure minimal project delays
