EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Human Resources, or related field.
• Or, associate degree (or European equivalent) in any field plus 5 years’ experience as an interpreter, translator, ESL or foreign language instructor, linguist supervisor, or linguist program manager.
• Must be fluent in a C2/C2 (CEF Scale) in Romanian
• US citizens and local nationals are eligible to apply

EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years of management / administrative experience in the USAREUR or EUCOM Theater area of operations.

SKILLS:

• Possess communication skills to effectively interface with military officials, managers, and subordinates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (word, excel, PowerPoint)

• Assist the Task Order Program Manager with daily site operations and resourcing of requirements within designated areas.
• Assist Task Order Program Manager with day-to-day operational activities at respective sites.
• Point of Contact for the respective site (s)
• Ensures that operational processes facilitate meeting performance/mission requirements
