We are a fast-growing company looking for motivated, professional candidates to fill the position of Site Leader in Sneedville/Hancock County.
The Sneedville Site Leader is responsible to lead and manage all aspects of the Hancock County contact center’s day-to-day operations to ensure optimized performance and success of the contact center. This role is responsible for ensuring the success of the contact center by maintaining an organized and well-trained work force as well as a clean and secure work environment. The role is responsible for direct oversite of on-site management to provide them with the tools and real-time support needed to effectively meet ADS and ADS partner expectations. The Site Leader is a supervisory role and a full-time position for which the days and hours may vary from week to week, including nights and weekends. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
