Who You Are As the Site Leader for Product Execution’s India COE, you have extensive experience managing highly complex digital engineering programs and teams, with subject matter expertise in firmware systems, digital products, PLM systems, and organizational leadership skills in retaining highly technical staff in fortune 1,000 companies. Job Duties In partnership with LTTS and Global Capability Leaders, build and lead outstanding team of engineers and supporting staff that deliver key capabilities for Embedded Systems, Digital Products, PLM systems & processes, Training Curriculum for onboarding and growing our global engineering talent In partnership with LTTS and Global Capability Leaders ensure local staff support the delivery of NPD projects (On Time / On Cost / On Quality) In partnership with LTTS and Product Execution HR and Training Teams develop, deliver and maintain onboarding and capability building educational programs for PE staff worldwide In partnership with LTTS and Global Capability Leaders build career path and growth opportunities for CoE resources Build an outstanding team culture in Pune providing ongoing personal development opportunities and evolve the organizational structure to meet and exceed Product Execution Capability Leader objectives In partnership with LTTS and Global Capability Leaders maintain high levels of employee engagement to retain talent in a highly competitive market. Foster a strong and collaborative relationship built upon trust, partnership and integrity between LTTS and SBD. Participate in global meetings and forums that support the continued development of PE capabilities in Embedded Systems, Digital Products, PLM systems & processes, and Training Curriculum Job Requirements 15+ years of experience in engineering disciplines supporting digital product development within a relevant industry People management as a leader of leaders Budget management experience Ability to travel globally 2-3 times a year outside of India to locations such as US, Mexico, China and others as needed Excellent English communication skills and ability to manage highly technical teams Able to cross-functionally collaborate and influence others in a global setting Act as an Influential Leader with Strategic Vision Core Competencies + Knowledge + Skills Building and Managing Global Stakeholder Relationships Ability to Manage the Delivery of Complex Technical Project Deliverables Proven people and team leadership experience Strategic Agility and Growth Mindset Technically Savvy in Digital Product Development Experience with PLM processes and systems Experience with technical training planning and development Leading others in the Completion of Administrative tasks Education Undergraduate degree (sciences, engineering or mathematics preferred) Master’s degree in engineering related field of study is highly desirable. Additional digital technology certifications are a plus.
